Disappointing new version

Used this app for over 1-2 yrs. Loved it... Addictive & on it daily. I had to delete & reload it due to a tech. problem...ever since its been awful.... There r 20-30 Sec ads in between almost all games. Its very annoying...ever since Ive played less & downloaded other word games.
Id rather pay for an app without all these ads...
